Developed by Precast Building Solutions (PBS), a Louisiana company, specifically to handle the Gulf Coast living environment, these unique safe homes use light-weight, factory fabricated precast concrete panels for maximum safety, fast and economical construction, soundproofing and low operating costs. Because these homes are fortified, they are practically indestructible and well insulated; homeowner's insurance costs are lower and so are heating and cooling costs.

Our homes—which meet or exceed all building codes—range in size from 1,000 square feet to 3,000 square feet (or larger, and even include Townhouses) and start at just $100/square foot (plus the lot and the site-specific foundation), move-in ready - fully turnkey.

Using qualified and licensed contractors, we can have them built on your lot or ours in as little as 4 weeks, once the site-specific foundation has been completed.  We meet or exceed Base Flood Elevation requirements. Construction may be slab-on-grade, raised slab, floating slab; grade beams on pilings; and on elevated piers to any elevation.

Our homes are move-in ready, with your choice of name-brand kitchen and laundry appliances, granite countertops, a built-in security system, impact resistant low-e windows, fully appointed modern bathrooms, spacious closets and high-quality plumbing, electric and heating and air-conditioning systems. Gas or all electric. We can also add solar, pre-wired emergency generator and more custom choices.

We can also prepare a proposal to fabricate precast concrete panels based on your own house design and floor plan, or a plan created by your architect. In fact, we can accommodate almost any interior floor plans – your chance to be creative and design a semi-custom home at conventional cost.

Your Own Builder:

We can use our experienced licensed Preferred Builders to build your new home or you can select your own contractor and we will erect only the precast panels. Your contractor can complete the remainder.

Building Envelope:

We can also fabricate and erect just the building envelope - your Builder can complete the remainder of construction.

Features for Builders:

For a licensed builder, PBS will engineer, fabricate, ship and erect virtually any building envelope of almost any design. This will include all perimeter walls, and may include the floor and ceiling at Builder's option. PBS can also fabricate, deliver and erect the interior walls, also of precast concrete.

All electrical conduit and junction boxes are already contained within the precast perimeter walls, saving hours of expensive tradesmen time. The inside of the exterior walls receive texturedfinish which matches the partition walls - no interior sheetrock or insulation is required.The Builder then finishes the remainder of the structure.

Local builders who want to join the PBS Preferred Builder's Team will receive instruction and supervision, so you are able to market this unique product directly to your customers. Or, we will join with you and make presentations together and bring in the deal.
